For a period of around 2.5 hours (11:49 till 14:01 UTC), some PowerSync instances in the US region failed to deploy. A small number of instances also had downtime during this period. We have resolved the issue, and are implementing further monitoring and improvements to avoid this type of issue in the future.

Due to an internal configuration error, deploying instances using the "next" version failed between 2025-03-24 14:45 UTC and 2025-03-25 10:25 UTC. Instances already running were not affected, and deploys using the stable version were not affected. Deploys using the "next" version failed, but the last deployed version would still keep running. We have rolled out a fix, and all deploys should be working again.
