Deploys failing in US region

Resolved

For a period of around 2.5 hours (11:49 till 14:01 UTC), some PowerSync instances in the US region failed to deploy. A small number of instances also had downtime during this period.

We have resolved the issue, and are implementing further monitoring and improvements to avoid this type of issue in the future.
