Update

Functionality seems to have been fully restored, despite continued upstream infrastructure provider issues.

Monitoring

A workaround to the upstream provider issues has been deployed and users should be able to access their projects in the dashboard.

We are monitoring both our fix and upstream issues.

Update

Our team are still investigating.

Initial findings seem to confirm the following:

1) The issue is due to upstream infrastructure issues - we are monitoring these closely and will post updates as we have them.
2) Deployed PowerSync Service instances are unaffected. This seems to be the case for all regions.

Investigating

We are receiving reports that dashboard access is intermittent - either project lists not rendering or "App not found" errors when trying to access a specific project.
This is potentially related to upstream infrastructure issues and our team are investigating.
